That one time when I wrote a book.
We all know how frustrating that stuff can be!.Looking ahead to the Holiday season and all the extra packaging that seems to come into our homes around that time of year, I’m hoping that this knowledge will save a few fingers from having to go to the ER for stitches!.
The links to the tin snips in this post are affiliate links, meaning that I’ll get a few cents if you decide to buy those tin snips right here and now using those links because you just can’t live another second without them. The ones that I linked to are from a reputable brand and are a good price, but as far as I can tell, any tin snips will do the job really well! We’re still chugging away on our master bathroom project! If you’re not up-to-date on everything that we’ve tackled so far, you can visit my.
archives to get all caught up on all the nitty-gritty of the first part of the renovation..I think it’s safe to say that we’re in the home stretch now so I put together this mood board to give you an idea of where we’re headed in this room as far as the design goes.
The great thing is that a lot of the stuff on the board is already installed in the room!
I’m going for kind of a farmhouse fresh look in there to fit in with our home’s surroundings, with plenty of really high-quality traditional elements that will stand the test of time.. I’ve included a list of all of my sources for everything below, as well as some thoughts on where I might be able to get some of the missing pieces!.Before you can start drawing on your chalkboard, you need to “season” it.
This basically means that you rub chalk all over it and then you smear it around with a rag really quickly. At the bottom you can see where I had rubbed the chalk on, and that the top you can see how it looks after it’s been smeared.
Even with a giant chalkboard like this, it’s only a 5 minute job..Closet doors: fully-seasoned and ready to go!
