So keep this one in your back pocket (well, not literally, but you know what I mean) for the next time you have toddlers to keep busy! This bow tie napkin fold brings such a fun, fancy, elevated look to any table, whether it’s for a big holiday gathering, or just a special table for two..
So, you know, these are perfect for… well, pretty much every Christmas every year!.Since we’ve got Jack’s room pretty much finished up now, I thought it would be fun to put a tree up in his room and do a little Christmas decorating up there too.
Unfortunately, the tree that was on its way to my house that was going to go in his room seems to be stuck in customs right now and might not make it here in time for Christmas. We’ve already got 2 full-size trees up in the house, so it’s not a big big deal if we don’t get the third up this year.I did manage to get quite a few cute ornaments together that would look good in his room though.
They’ll still look great next year too, so I’m all set for then!.I pulled together some different ornaments from my stash to fill out the tree, but I wanted to do one type of DIY ornament that would match the fabrics I’m already using in there to give the tree a fancy custom look.
Of course, that didn’t mean that I wanted to put in any real time or effort, I just wanted it to look awesome and cute and take about 5 minutes.
Is that so much to ask?It ended up on the accent wall above the bed, the desk chair, the cork board, the chalkboard frame, the mirror frame, and the back wall of the desk area.. After that, I just added in lots and lots of different shades of turquoise and teal all around the room to balance things out.. That custom wall decal from.
is definitely the number one thing people notice when they come into the room. You don’t exactly just walk into a store and pick up something with the name “Kennedy” on it, do you?
Well, maybe, but not fun kid’s stuff.I love making personalized stuff for Kennedy’s room.
